Money Not Refunded

I Have paid admin fee of 700 at Sambro house room 214,only to find out that the flat was rented out to someone else. My agent Ronald Processed everything and I was told that I would get my refund in seven days.it has been a month now, I have called the Afhco customer service and I was transferred several times without any help.I even went there Personally and I was told that Shalleen is the one that did not process the paper work. I was assured that my money would be paid the next day after my visit but it was not paid. I believe that this is completely an unfair treatment and I am very disappointed in the way Afhco customer Service work. I would appreciate if someone would kindly assist
