Mistreating tenants.

i sent an email on the second of January 2019 informing the customer service that my rent will be late for this month, but my lights were cut off today and i know doors will be locked next , please advise what did i not do right or correct?what Afcho is doing to its loyal tenants is not good , if you lock me outside how do you expect me to go to work? should i be fired? as i dont have relatives in Gauteng where do you expect me to sleep?

This is a joke of property management and what was the reason they were unsuccessful? I will get my lawyer to cancel the lease agreement with you so i can move out this weekend, you guys don't care about your tenants as long as you make money everything is fine but as soon as we have financial difficulties we don't matter. i will hunt down the director of this agency i don't think he is aware of how you treat your tenants.
