****mers BAD Service

This company is a bunch of ****mers I moved out February 2023 from Legae house in Johannesburg due to ****roaches smelly Building had no water and electricity for 2 weeks, Paid full rent moved out on the 16th February 2023, Deposit was not refunded to me plus my prorata amount now I'm getting emails from attorneys saying I'm owing them a penalty fee that is not even on their terms and conditions cos what I know is deposit is forfeited as their building manager also advised , AFHCO is a **** .. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
