Horrible experience with AFCHO /Indluplace property management , they will **** you of your deposit when you exit their properties. They send quotations for you to paint walls, but you entered the property with walls not painted and i had to wash them myself. You will do a back and forth with them requesting your deposit money back and they will not respond. If you dont want to be frustrated , STAY AWAY FROM RENTING FROM THEM. They increased rent within 9 months of my dwelling hence the lease stated that the increase should be within 12 months. I heard stories of being ****med deposits but AFCHO takes the cup for being the biggest ****mer.
