Maintenance

I have been living at one of Afhco's apartments at south hills for 6 weeks now. I haven't seen the building manager, when I call he hungs up my calls. My door lock and security gate don't work. I was locked outside my apartment last Saturday night and I called him and as usual, he hanged up. I had to get the security company to break the door down. It's Thursday and my door is still not fixed. I complain to Afhco and they do nothing. This is unacceptable

Hi Afhco. Following the complaint last week. The technicians came and fixed my security door, however it has since stopped working again. The building manager didn't show to fix my door and it is still unfixed.

My matter has not been attended to as yet. I have been reporting this matter is 15 June 2019. I can't lock my apartment and I feel unsafe.
