maintenance

Been staying at Ilanga house from June and the wiring of the stove was not okay,i told the caretaker about it and nothing was done about it! then in July the geyser stopped working told the caretaker again about it and still nothing was done the whole winter the stove and geyser weren't working even now they're still not working. I emailed customer service still nothing was done yet every month I have to pay rent for things that ain't working.it has came to a point where I can't take it anymore action needs to be taken
