Incorrect water billing and they keep billing even though you brought the matter to their attention 2 months ago, department run like a dictatorship when it comes to money and zero customer service even though you call and mail them several times. To date no response from them and they have no consideration for their clients,. Clearly shows the education level at this institution and their management, deceiving clients with their discount rewards and no sense of understanding, pathetic institution and they should be taken to task for their underhand tactics.
