Leaking roofs at AFHCO -QUEENS

I have been a tenant here at AFHCO for the past 4 years yesterday I reported a leaking roof which has been the problem by the way for the past few weeks (yes it was reported even then). The email I sent them on the 23rd March 2018 reads:

" I'm reporting a leaking flat at my place that I reported with the mananger of this flat (QUEENS COURT,) long time ago and nothing is being done about it. The water is flowing all over my place and is thereby damaging my possessions. No one can live in such conditions. We pay a lot of money here. See the attached photos if you think I'm just being unreasonable. I cannot stay in a place like this for the rent the that you charge me.

How long should I be complaining the same issues relating to maintance here? Previously I had complained about faulty electrical plugs and those were never fixed. "

I then called the company I spoke to one guy who said matter will be attended as they are waiting for quotations from the contractor (my question is then how can you seek quotes when don't know the extent of the problem). They never came to asses the problem or the damage. They just say they are aware. Of course these are just lies to keep me around whilst they continue to enjoy my rentals.

The company called Afhco is generally terrible in the way it treats its clients. The service is just poor and I can never recommend it to anyone.

I intend to take legal action against them and report them to Housing Inspector.
