Landlord from the pitts

Worst year I have endured at their property jabulani mews. I'm writing this in the wee hours of the morning because I and my sister are struggling to get some sleep because of the loud music outside. I have complained and begged both the landlord and security staff to help with the noise several times but with no assistance at all. I'm pretty sure the landlord is peacefully sleeping in his unit while we are holding a forced night vigil. The lack of respect and consideration is atrocious at this place coming from both tenants and the landlord. He has no governing s****s whatsoever and me as a paying tenant is stuck living in such conditions weekend after weekend. It really isn't fair. I dont have an issue with tenants enjoying music the whole day if they want but not when some of us needs to get some sleep after 10pm. We were given a document stating rules and regulations to follow and it clearly stated no music to be played after 10pm...........but its 4:30 am and it's still on.

I have sent emails to the headoffice regarding this but have not received not even 1 response or seen any change in the landlord's behavior it is really unbearable and selfish.
