Lack of proper maintenance

It's been three months since I have moved and to one of their premises and to say the least I have been nothing but happy. I have requested numerous times for maintenance to be done to my stove and nothing to date. Cracks on the wall that was promised to be sorted and nothing. The complex is dirty , issues with security at the gate and refusal the exit of out visitors saying we have to be contacted first?! I mean I granted the person the entrance why refuse him or her to leave? The condition of the complex itself is appalling as the walls are dirty and not repainted. Concrete floors that are not painted either. For these LIFESTYLE FLATS to be stated to be new I am ashamed to say I live there. It's unfortunate my lease agreement is for a year.
