Kitchen flooded very disappointed 😞

I moved in to afcoh new development in southhills lifestyle estate , the worse experience ever, when it rain our apartments get flooded with water , I was very disappointed when I came back from work the was water in my kitchen and in my living room imagine that. People are traveling home December and if it rains your furniture will be destroyed and they won't take accountability for that. Myself and my neighbor we took video of the water all over our kitchen and her roof is also leaking the passage is full of water and no tiles .the water drains really they didn't do a great job and I wish an inspector for city of Johannesburg can inspect this area again because I am asking myself how did they approved the plans.

Whenever you complain to the building manager David he would ask you to email customer care and peter hlongwane also avoid calls so we really not getting any assistance.

Secondly I reported the matter that security guard usually will get a bribe from a tenant to ***** another tenant electricity . I also had a same experience I have reported the matter but no feedback 3 weeks later. It is hard sometimes to get assistance from David caretaker. Very disappointed and how tenants get handle we don't get the best service. Thinking of taking this to news papers.
