Just shocked about the treatment I received from Afhco such a big company like this

What a painful treatment that I got from Afhco management. Had to query the utility bills that they charged me ridiculous amount of 1300 just for hot water and cold water. And when m asking Charlene was very rude to me she even swear to me and then she asked another guy to come and talk to me again this guy called Moses also was very rude.i asked why did they block my electricity cz I reported this issue since June and no one is helping. They don't want to hear anything all they want is for me to pay the utilities that are very high like this. One person can use this kind of water doing what. I am staying in a flat I don't have a garden. Is joburg water so expensive. Like is this how you treat your tenants. M so disappointed with the service this kind of service is unacceptable.
