JOHANNES RANGWANASHA -BAD SERVICE

The service given by AFHCO is appauling and disgusting ..11 May 2021 i was contacted by an agent by the name of JOHANNES RANGWANASHA this guy is rude and doesn't give you the opportunity to explain or tell your side of the story...The building manager based at JABULANI LIFESTYLE ESTATE is also some piece of work..making promises to call you back or conduct investigations yet he just sits there and ignores your query. I am in arrears because of him, i moved out of the flat at JABULANI LIFESTYLE ESTATE and ended up owing them R8000 i have forfeited my deposit which was R6000 and i was told that my basin was replaced annd they had to clean my flat, which by the way i left clean. all of these checks were done without my presence..AFHCO PROPERTY MANAGEMENT is a money making scheme. they are charging us an arm and a leg for *** service.I wouldnt advise anybody to rent with them
