I am unhappy with the staff and the service rendered. I occupied one of the units in December 2018, everything was fine. It was kn february 2019,when i got my statememt to say i owe water. Firstly we do not do our laindry at this place aa there is no tap for a washing machine. I have reported this so.mamy times and noone is getting back to me. When i call i get told the issue was resolved with noone comkng to my flat of clntacting me. To date my water bill is R4000.,the whole weekend we could not load electricity on the meter because they are failing. I need this sorted I need someone to come and look at the problem someone superior please.
