Irate

It's very sad to have to fight for your deposit refund... I am so not happy with AFHCO customer service, everytime I have to follow up on my case, I don't know what is it that is being investigated while I have provided the proof of payment requested... This is not the first time I am complaining about AFHCO which is another reason I moved out of their property... You really need to improve your client service.
