Insult

I have been insulted by building manager in front of her stuff and security on duty was ashamed how manager uses F WORD to Adress as tanant over parking bay she allocated to and she swears at me, building unit was paid for two weeks in advance but upon my arrival on the 1st, it was flooded wit water leaks from unit above, stove wasn't working, unit not painted till today and during checklist she promised to sort out befure we move in. She wants my car to park outside it seems but made me even pay R350. 00 times two stating parking has its own deposit making amount of 700..yet she says she did us a favor and begun to insult
