Yesterday, I called to follow up again. I was promised someone will call be back yesterday.

I waited for the call nobody contacted me.

No one has tried to reach me.

When I send an email and I was told to allow 2 working days, for feedback.

If there's no feedback, I need to call them. When I called them, they still make empty promises to call back.

What does one has to do to be assisted at Afcho?
