Incompetence and dishonesty

After numerous emails and phone calls regarding the refund of my deposit, and getting no response for the last two weeks, I phoned them again yesterday. Finally got hold of Pieter Uys, the portfolio manager and was promised he would phone me back in 5 minutes. Think his watch is broken, because I'm still waiting. He said he was waiting for the original inspection report from their archives. Are they located in Siberia that it takes two weeks to still not get them? I even emailed my copy to them two weeks ago.
