******* lockout
The Falls Lifestyle Estate under Afcho Property Management. I come back from work late yesterday and I come to my door with a key block.
The frustration I had is beyond imaginable. 1stly because I do not owe any money. I pay my rent in full accordingly with the statement I get. 2ndly, I reach out to the building manager who says he does not know who locked my door because he has started working here 3 days ago so he couldnt have locked, but later on he is the one who is able to open the same door he said he didnt lock.
Before all of this I am told to call afcho customer service, it is 6PM way after hours, clearly Im being taken for a joke, and my situation is funny as a customer. I had no food no bank card because everything of mine is inside the place which I believe id come back to the safety off. Now i cant even go anywhere because my cars fuel tank is low and guess what, my bank card is inside the place, my battery is about to die, theres only so many numbers i can call.
At this point I feel like a ******** who didnt pay his rent and have to sleep outside because someone felt it was a good idea to lock me out no explanation no letter, the security guards cant even help, I have to go look for the Building manager myself. The funny thing is that if he doesnt know what to do because he maiantains he didnt lock. I have to call girlfriend to come pick me up in the middle of the night and yet they wont even let her in, they say she is going to the guys place who got locked out, so now Im even a ******** at this place.
Is this even legal? Is this not infringing upon my rights? What kind of company has such low morals and value for its customers that it doesnt even care. What kind of human beings are you?
What's worse is the building manager is the one who opens up later and all he can do is act shocked and say there is no communication in this lace. No explanation, this is disgusting.
Do you even care? You probably wont even reply to this but my disappointment is beyond what you can imagine.
