Ill-treatment

I'm a tenant in one of the afhco apartments in Midrand and on the 26th of May 2024 I was R1400 for repairs that were not done in my apartment and I launched a complaint with customer service and Accounts department and someone was sent for inspections without any communication with me and that person found my 10 years old child in the house and done the repairs of replacing two cupboard door hinges and all this was done without any communication done with me and during that time I was at work. My child informed me when I got home and I confronted the building manager and and he said I'm not suppose to be charged because the repairs were done by him and not the contractor. I have spoken to all responsible departments to remove those charges on my billing with no success but receiving threats of switching off my electricity because of that outstanding R1400. Even if I'm willing to pay can 2 cupboard door hinges cost R1400. No one is willing to assist and clients are not respected by this company.
