From not having water from January 2024 that place is nothing but excuse of a **** show. If you want peace of mind and less stress please stay away from AFHCO buildings, Ilanga house to be exact before the 2023 ended it was back to back electricity issues and when you think that's over it was then water. The building lacks the simplest things: proper laundry area, playground for children you will have to keep up kids playing in front of your door making noise till 10pm whether weekend or during the week and when you report to security you will be told to take pictures.

Fast forward now the building still doesn't have water it's always stories either the pumps or Joburg water you just don't know which is which, when you finanly decide to move out they will come up with stories when it's time to refund you your deposit making up stories that are not in the contract and when you challenge that they tell you it's up to the landlord to decide if they want to refund or not. **** show. So just don't bother they provide you nothing but stress I can mention a whole lot but I'm just exhausted and the agents that work in the office are also ****ty people Karabo Molefe had the audacity to tell me to just forget about the refund I'm just wasting my time

Moral of the story stay away from AFHCO even if it's the last thing left on this planet
