IGNORANCE AND POOR SERVICE FROM AFHCO

Please add a zero star, i don't know if AFHCO changed priorities of putting people first or what is wrong with it. I moved to 1 unit to another and thats where my problems from AFHCO BEGAN. I received a statement from afhco detailing how much Im owing after i moved in to a New unit and I paid and even sent them a proof of payment and to my suprise i was sent messages that I have not paid rent. Messages escallated to emails and I even sent them emails with POP and statement they sent however it was somehow ignored, i even sent on Whatsap numbers they have and still i was simply ignored until I was sent a letter of demand. I made several attempts to get AFHCO to investigate this matter but all they did was to send me a statement that was even billed twice as a way of ******ing money from me. The way afhco is treating me is so painful, i have been a loyal tenant from 2016, not once have I skipped rent or pay late but instead this is the kind of treatment Im receiving.
