Identity theft

On Nov 10 2021 I was a visitor at one of their buildings (Panamor house).on signing in I had to leave my ID book with their security guard at the entrance,it was 19:00 when I entered and aprox 21:00 on exit my ID was nowhere to be found and only returned back after 23:30.with no logic explanation given. the matter was reported to afhoc offices the very next morning (11 Nov 2021) and I was advised to wait and let the security company conduct an internal investigation . 3 weeks later I discover that I now have an Uber driver portal in my name,I go back to afhoc for answers but shockingly I discover there was never an investigation at all in this incident and the security management never aware of the issue. all they keep doing is taking my details and promising to get back to me,but never doing anything,two times iv set meetings with afhoc and the security company and asked to be shown the security camera footage but till this day I am not assisted.the area manager of Afhoc promised to get to the bottom of this matter but he too has dissapeared on me. I bring my matter to this platform as I have tried talking to Portfolio and Area Management of Afhoc but nothing seems to be happening ,seemingly they seem to condon what is happening as they do admit that my issue is not the first.!
