I was ****** Admin Fee

On the 25 April I paid R700 admin fee as I wanted to apply for a flat to rent in JHB CBD. The guy that showed me the place Tebogo told me their offices are closed I will get an answer from Matthew next week maybe Tuesday or later as it was a long weekend, I was desperate to find a place , so on Sunday I went to view a flat that was closer to where I work, and close to the taxis. So Tuesday morning before 8am I called Matthew to tell him not to submit my application as I already found a please that is more convenient for me, he told me I will not get my money back, I will only get it if Afcoh declines me, but I said you haven't even submitted my things yet how can I not get it back .<br> <br> I feel that this was unfair to rob people like that, maybe they can take a percentage of the R700 for bank fees perhaps, but not R700 ??
