I want my money back PLEASE

Thank you for the response below, however there is no mention of what this \PENALTY\" is? How you have worked it out and what my balance is, and when you will give me the remainder of my balance??? Which by law this is supposed to be disclosed. Unless you are trying to say that this \"reasonable penalty\" is my full deposit??? Also quote where in the lease you have disclosed how you come to the decision of what this \"reasonable penalty\" is?
