i want my deposit back
like seriously you are telling me about serving notice if you where on my shoes where you gona have time to serve notice in other words you wanted me to continue staying in a place where am not safe you didnt even offer to move me to a different unit clearly you are out of you mind all i want is my deposit i dont have time of you nonsense your so called care taker was supposed to tell me when he was giving me a form to move out he didnt say anything about 700 i want my money you crocks. by reading you so called response clearly you dont care about what ive been experiencing in your place all you care about is charging me . I WANT MY DEPOSIT, AM TAKING THIS MATTER FURTHER

After careful consideration and in view of your request to cancel the lease agreement without serving the required 1 month notice thus breaching and or not complying with the terms and conditions of your lease agreement; a penalty fee/prorata was charged as you only gave short notice.
As per lease agreement Clause:19.1
The Tenant may cancel this agreement by serving notice of at least 20 business days before they want the Lease to end.
