i want my deposit back

on the 31st of January 2018 i moved out from afhco properties because someone was throwing dirty things from my window i repoted the matter to the security guys they keep telling me theres nothing they can do. when i close the window the perpetrator will still be able to open my window and throw staff in to the house. this has been happening from october 2017 i then decided not to sleep in the house for few months but still when i come back there's dirty things that where thrown from the window . january 23 i came back in the house i found nasty things still i went to the care taker straight he was sitting in his office down stairs i told him what is happening in my house he said there's nothing he can do to prevent that he didnt even opt to fix the window because the window was faulty its self. he said to me i can move out because we not sure who is doing this and why, it was early in the morning when i spoke to him. what ****es me more is that he didn't even show instrest to come and see the mess in my house what he did he said you can move out with immediate effect . he said to me he will arrange forms for me to sign and move out. he didnt say anythings that you will deduct 700 from my deposit i am not accepting that because the reason why i moved out is because of what was happening in my house. the amount that you can deduct is for painting that one i fully agree, but 700 that you are charging me for moving out am not taking that i want my money back asap even on the forms that he gave me ive stated all my reasons why am moving out i was not safe in your building anymore .... i want my money u stupid ppl
