I Want My Deposit.
I have been living at AFHCO, Frank & Hirsch building since 2014, finally i decided to move out served notice over 20 working days as per lease agreement my deposit is due 7 Days after i vacate the flat and this is per lease agreement that was drawn up by AFHCO management, its now day 15 i have been sending emails still i have not received my deposit, Friday i sent an email querying when am i to receive my deposit there was no response i sent another email this morning its end of business day still i have not received a response, why is AFHCO refusing with my money, upon vacating the flat a check list was signed all is in order.
i do not understand why i should fight for my own money i am not asking AFHCO to pay me from their pocket i am simply asking for what is rightfully mines.

What you did was apologize for the delay and mentioned that the payment has been processed TO BE RELEASED( this to me does not sound like it was a done deal), TO BE RELEASED does not mean it is released, if you SAID PAYMENT WAS PROCESSED AND RELEASED i would understand there's a huge difference between these two Statements.
