I NEVER EXPECTED SUCH THING WITH AFHCO
<p>I am a tenant with AFHCO and i have only stayed for a month and this is my second month.1st month i was told that i will pat 50% of 2046.36 rent for 3 months but 1st month i paid full rent,when my statement comes back for July it was saying I owe AFHCO R3336.46 and am not quite sure how I am owing that money when I only stay one month which I was suppose to pay half of my rent.Now am getting messages of threat fot the money taht I dont know how I have accumulated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>

We regret to inform you that as a result of breaching and or not complying with the terms and conditions of your lease agreement, we are entitled over and above any rights in law to charge a one month rental fee as you did not provide us with a 1 month notice.
Furthermore, the 50% promotion was for new tenants only and as you were an existing tenant, did not qualify.
