I need my deposit back

I was staying at platinum place and i moved out on December, around January I got an sms saying they need bank statement in order to get my deposit back I did submit it. After submitting no response I decided to send them an email they said my surname with the one they have on the system is not the same they need affidavit I went en submit affidavit . Still they don't respond I decide to send them an email again asking about my money, even now they still need the bank statement and affidavit I did submitted it because i need my money. Until today I'm still waiting
