I cant get afhco to respond to me for a query

I am giving them 3 stars because they take months to resolve a query i moved in 2020 September at Cambalala they say they offer free wifi but ever since i moved in i have been unable to access it they gave me log in ID and password but still does not work i logged a request online its still in progress till now for about a month and i have sent them two emails they have not responded to me , maybe the only way they can respond is through a complaint because the service pathetic
