I am so not happy with this company

if you do not want to be depressed stay away from afhco, 2 months ago i had a problem with a blocked drain and they sent a plumber out, nothing was mentioned until last night when i received a bill and I was charged and no one said anything to me about paying for that plumber, all they know is to milk you dry, I have been staying at Afhco buildings since 2010 and I have never paid for a call out fee for a plumber. my bill increases every month and no one cares, their consultants do not know anything or never have answers to anything
