Hurt and disappointed
I am totally hurt and stressed by afhco. I app**** for a property with Precious and I was told to pay R750 admin fee and R2640 as my first month rent and my monthly rent will be R2600 I paid everything as requested bt was given a wrong address I waited the whole day or the addresses to be sorted and 15days after moving in I got a letter saying I must pay R6400 I moved in on the 1st of Dec I was shocked and I called in and I was told someone wud get back to me no one ever did. I went to the afhco offices on the 4th Jan and I took in another proof of payment for Jan rent I paid R2700 but 3days later I got a message and a letter saying I must pay R3595 I used up all my airtime calling your call centre with no help why is this company abusing me so much after I paid all so well.
