"Hot water interruption" since April, how come you've been working on this ever since. Were being forced to take cold showers but rent is paid in full. This is a ****ty thing to do to your tenants, Management is doing nothing about it. if ZERO stars was an option you guys would be getting it. UBSOLUTE BULL!!!
