Horrible Service and Treatment of Tenants

This is one of the worst property companies to exist. They care more about money than they do its tenants. I have lived in their building for 7 years and have made sure I do my best to cover rent, work or no work. Covid-19 hit us all hard however I still made sure I pay. I recently started a new job, I went to their office on the 29th to inform them I won't have cash and made an arrangement for the 15th and I come home to find that my lights have been switched off even though the agreed date has not passed yet. Me my daughter will have sleep in the dark and we have a building manager who is rude and never willing to assist the tenants.

I thank God I got a new job in a very difficult time, this month is the last month they ever mistreat me and the very last month they ever get a cent from me, I am canceling my lease tomorrow and they have lost a loyal tenant in me.
