Horrible Communications and Unfair credit ratings despite their own employees errorsrs

I previously rented with Afcho Property from April 2021 to September 2023. I entered the lease on 15 April 2021. At the time, I was new to leasing and was not clearly informed that rental payments are required from the 1st of the month, even if occupation begins mid-month. My salary is paid on the 15th of every month, and I consistently paid my rent on the 15th as arranged. I never skipped a month’s payment.

Despite raising this concern multiple times with Afcho, the issue was never corrected, and I was repeatedly told that my payments were “late,” even though I paid every month. Due to ongoing stress and lack of resolution, I eventually cancelled the lease.

In August 2024, almost a year after cancelling, I unexpectedly received an email from a third-party company stating that I owed Afcho money. This came as a shock, as Afcho had never contacted me directly by phone or email regarding any outstanding balance, and I also never received my deposit refund.

After following up with both the third party and Afcho, I was informed that I allegedly owed R2,600. Although I did not fully understand how this amount was calculated, I paid it in full to resolve the matter and move forward in good faith. Im reaching out for the Amendments of my Credit score as my paymets were always 15th once or twice 16th What they consider LP Is was due to their Poor communication

AFCHO Made my credit score a Mess after their agents failed to sell transparantly with full information Even after many complains they did not make any effort to resolve the issue , Now my Score consits of LP One way or did not pay moved out september 2023 but they continued recording DNP AND LP Till March 2024 can i pls get my Credit score Corrected Bcoz now m strugling to get rentals bcoz of them
