HEARTLESS ROBOTS
We have an huge problem with the management of Kings Ransom Building. This building was under Indlu Place but now it's under Afhco Property Management...
Our problem is that there's a guy by the name Mike Zulu who stay in the building, he is incharge of over 10 flats / units in the same building... The office at Kings Ransom knows and fully aware of him managing all these units.
For an example. If a lease holder vacates the unit, they would tell him to take over the unit and put in sub-tenents. Then the sub-tenents will rent rooms throgh this guy and the guy will be the one that goes and pay the rent and produce proof of payment for all these 10+ flats.
So now the sub-tenents have paid their rent for September as usual the their so called associate used all the rent money for the sub-tenents and never paid, we the sub-tenents must suffer because they have decided to switch off the light yesterday and today they locked out all the sub-tenents as if it is their fault.
1. Locking the tenants is ********. 2. Switching the light off is also ********. 3. The so called Mike Zulu is their associate know by everyone staying in the building. 4. They have allowed this guy for so many years to manage so many units in the building (Kings Ransom Building) 5. Clear Afhco Property Management doesn't care about its residents because why would you lock so many families out knowing exactly that they have paid their rents as usual. 6. Where exactly to you expect the sub-tenents including their families to go when you are fully aware of the situation we are all facing? 7. You know the perpetrators within your organization, why not deal with them??? 8. Stop treating people like they are just money making machines for you! You work with people to find a common ground in such situations! 9. You also need to hire HUMAN BEINGS NOT ROBOTS that can't even use common sense! 10. Many families have been locked out and have no where to go! All their belongings and important medications are locked in!
