Heading to two weeks WITHOUT hot water. Pregnant tenant!
My unit's geyser circuit breaker stopped working last week Monday, I then started a manhunt for the caretaker but couldn't reach him even on his phone. The following morning I called the help centre and the lady said I should give them 48 hours to fix it.
Earlier this week I went to the offices at our complex and the friendly gentleman suggested that some constructors will come through so I should leave the key with the security personnel. I've ran out of patience. What makes matters worse is that my partner is 6 months pregnant and has had to bath with cold water throughout this ordeal..
Imagine not having to bath with hot water not because you can't afford it but simply because Afhco is consistent in disappointments..

11 Feb 2020, 04:55Today is officially two weeks without hot water and frankly I'm not even surprised by this. Nothing and nothing has been done except for some guy to come and "confirm" the problem ????????♂️.
To anyone who's thinking about moving to any place managed by Afhco please expect such. Imagine not having cold water to take a bath with that time your partner is expecting. I'm beginning to believe that this portfolio department is imaginary because nothing ever gets fixed on time
