Guessing water meter reading

Very unhappy with Afhco Billing system.

From Apr 2023 till Jul 2024. I have never consumed more than 3 units of Hot water.

See water consumption below for the past 4 months July: Cold water; 8 units- R58,39 Hot water; 2 units- R113,87

Aug: Cold water; 3 units- R0.00 Hot water; 1 units R56,94

Sep: Cold water; 14 units- R247 Hot water; 3 units- R185

OCT Cold water; 23 Units- R667,72 Hot water; 11 units- R706,12

Renting one bed- R3,500

Are all these meter readings accurate??
