Getting deposit

I moved out begging of August. I submitted my notice begging of July. Now I am calling to get my deposit back they keep changing their story each and everytime I call they either saying I should wait 14 working days or say I never submitted my notice. Their building manager at South hills lifestyle estate is the worth ever. His the reason I moved out. Now I can't even get my deposit back
