I am very disappointed with the way I am being treated by Afhco. I moved in at Legae and the Building Manager never did a move in inspection with me as he advised he haa already sent everything tomtheir office. I requested an internal transfer to another unit and now I am being charged for things that were never painted and the ceilings that accumulate dew which is something I do not have control over. I am certain this is a money making scheme for Afhco as they charge all painting to the tenants even when the walls were never painted when you move in. I queried this and they advised it was escalated and I did not get a response of the escalation and did not agree tomthe costs they want me to pay. I have a good paying record with Afhco but this thiggerish behaviour and in particular not getting assistance from the Building Manager who takes things casual when you raise them with him. I am very disappointed and will not be able to afford being charged for maintenance that is nor my doing. Noone seems eager to assist all they want is our money. Just because you do not have a house does not warrant people to treat you like trash. Afhco has to address my problem in a just and fair manner😡
