If you want peace I highly recommend you do not stay with Afhco, look for alternative accommodation. To say their administration is poor would be a compliment. They have no administration. They will bill you wrongly, hand your account (paid up, although never missed a rental payment) to collections to debtors to hattas you. Sending emails or trying to call for rectification is a nightmare. No one ever responds. They'll only send you a fictitious statement of a debt you know nothing about. Good luck to you who's just signed a contract with them because of the "1 month rent free" clause. You'll still stay the 12 months and after they still want to claim back the month free rent. Absolutely unacceptable!!!
