building manager getting his own tenants who are paying him rent every months and sleeping with woman who pay rent late so that he can open the locked room no one in afcho management is doing anything(PLATINUM PLACE) I WILL REMAIN SINGLE BECAUSE OF THIS (GO AND INVISTIGATE THIS MATTER MANY ARE SLEEPING OUT BEACAUSE THEY CANT PAY BRIBE WHEN THEIR ROOM IS LOCKED,I HAVE ALL SOLID PROVE
