***** at AFHCO property management

<p>To who it may concern; preferable a manager.<br /> <br />This is in regards to Unit 120 at the above mentioned apartment. We app**** for a 2 bedroom place, got a proved and paid the deposit as instructed. We called and spoke with Joe the agent. HE advised that we need to sign the lease however Joe wanted to confirm something(not sure what) so we agreed that we will come through to sign the lease on either Friday or Saturday(17 or 18th of March).<br /> <br />Today, 15th of March I get a call from Ernest who’s informing me that actually I’m no longer the owner of the apartment. According to Ernest someone app**** for the apartment, they didn’t move in, they put it up again into the market until the “person” who app**** for it before came through. I asked: how is that my problem as I have paid everything? I’m told that I will be refunded.
