Flat mantainance

We have been renting on that afhco property for 6 years paying rent but we have a problem with the bathing tub they made a mistake wen they where installing it, and now they are say they can't mantaine the flat or fix the tub, so the saying the owner has to fix it so asked I don't know the owner I pay rent to afhco not the owner it's Been years now coz I pay my money to afhco and now we not bathing and there is water flowing in our house, and moulds which not healthy for us and our kid and the times deadly deseases, my apartment is 805 federated place Berea O'Reilly and five Street Berea
