Final Demand Letter
I just recently moved to an afhco owned building and I paid admin amount and on the 23rd January 2016 I went and paid the rental amount and signed a lease.<br> Now I'm getting sms and also letter of final demand saying I should pay an amount R3454.42 immediately and I dont understand why am I getting this as I paid my rent before I moved in.<br> Please afhco give me an explanation for this as Im scared I might be locked out my flat while I dont owe you.
