False Default Listing Complaint

I have never recieved such terrible service in my life. Not only was it hell living in one of the Afhco buildings called Legae, but even after being evicted because of someone elses mistake, i am still exploited by the property company. Apon recieving an eviction because of an incident with my roomates partner, and discussing the way forward as well as all the maintence problems in our 2 bedroom flat, with the portfolio manager being Oageng Makgamathe, i just recieved an sms from transunion stating that a "Moses" from Afhco has listed a default of bad payer in my name. When i called the office to enquire what on earth this was about, as when we moved out we payed up the amount due and left the apartment in the same state that we found it in, along with all its water leakage and windowsill problems which we had been raising for several months, not to mention the fact that during a meeting with the manager the care taker Emmanuel at the head office, we once again reiterated the problems we had in the 6 months we'd been living there, and were assured it would have been sorted, which only the tv connection was sorted but the tap and the windows were still a problem. Now i am being listed for R2679 because of a list of problems that were always there. There was no communication whatsoever advising i would be listed, no contact of any sort to tell me about the charges they concocted up in their brains, and no communication between the manager and the staff advising that we had already complained about the apartments state and needed maintence work done , AFHCO is thee worst property management and offers the most unprofessional service.
