Failure to pay my refund

I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my lease cancellation at Atkinson House. I submitted my cancellation form on December 7th, but the building manager failed to process it. After noticing continued rental charges, I contacted your office and was informed that there was no record of my cancellation. I then resubmitted the form in early January.

Now, I am being denied a refund and charged a late cancellation fee, despite the delay being due to your staff’s negligence. Additionally, I am being charged for a door that was never repaired before my move-in. When I raised this with the building manager, I received no clear response.
