Failure to Deliver on OTP

I purchased a property through AFHCO and as part of the agreement, i was due to receive a washing machine and dishwasher upon registration of the property. The property transferred into my name on 12 March 2021 and we're almost 2 month's in and I've had to follow up with AFHCO every 2nd day on the delivery of these appliances, but obviously they've received their money for the purchase and now it's time to give the buyer the run around.

If anyone reads this, please be sure to avoid purchasing a property through this institution, because all the vanilla promises that are made during the sale simply evaporate into thin air whilst you chase after a corporation.

AFHCO, if you ever will it, kindly let me know if I will ever receive the appliances, because as far as i am concerned, you are in breach of our agreement.
