Extremely furious tenant

Good day. Kindly note I have lodged a claim with afhco body corporate in Tuesday 17/05 regarding my stove. Whilst I was cooking the wires were burning and smoke was coming out hence a picture was sent. On the 18/05 the body Corp never send anyone hence we called the office and was told to wait 48 hours. I waited since than until the 23/05 and called again... Was promised someone will come out.. No one turned up.. I called again on the 24th.. Was promised again... I called again on the 25th n was told some onebwill come.. This is aside from me calling again to check were the guy is... Thereafter I get a call at 16:00pm to be told the person can only come on the 26th coz he is busy at another site. I am so ****ed of coz clearly no one considered the fact that I have kids at home and I need to cook for my family.. This was all mentioned to them and still no one could be bothered.. Buying take outs is costly.. It left me no choice coz afhco didn't have the decency of even sending someone yet.. Clearly they could care less about there tenants. Aside from this experience.. I complained to nolthando about shoes been ****** from my stoop.. She even messaged and said she will come through.. The last didn't even bother coming.... We live in a complex and now we just be scared coz people are *****ing shoes.. Like seriously.. Were is our safety!!!! Afhco is really a bunch of pathetic asses who only bothers about people that own the property and not people that is renting there property
